Feedback

or what others have to say about me

Feedback from the mother of a client who simulatenously did therapeutic horse-riding and Coaching with me:

(Translated from the German!) “We got to know Annika Voeltz in April 2015. At that time, my daughter had already experienced a long row of therapists over many years. Until then, none of them had managed to reach through to her in a sustainable fashion. Her behaviour was compared and fit into the standardized drawers. That didn’t help. Annika didn’t look at the diagnosis she only looked at the person.

Annika managed to meet my daughter without prejudices. That is how she managed to build real trust in the time that they spent together – with and without horses.

In handing over specific tasks, Annika made my daughter feel appreciated and helped her to regain her self-confidence, step by step. The continuous Coaching also helped my daughter to face problematic day-to-day-situations. If the conflicts at home were becoming too big for us to deal with, they worked out possibilities together to enable my daughter to communicate with me. I discovered a self-reflective girl who had learnt to recognize her abilities and was also able to show me when I had let my own personal issues float into the conversation.

Throughout, Annika has loyally been there for my daughter. With no other therapist, the sincere interest in my child, the intent to help and to strengthen her sustainably has been as intense as with Annika.

We are deeply thankful!”

Feedback from a client who asked for short-term Coaching on a very specific goal:

“Through Annika’s coaching I was given the tools and strategies I needed to buy my first house. When I might have procrastinated otherwise, Annika helped me establish and work towards objectives that led me through the process of securing a mortgage and, ultimately, purchasing a home. With her guidance I became accountable to the goals I set for myself – and it worked with great results!”

FEEDBACK FROM MY APPRECIATED COLLEAGUE ALEXANDRA PROANO WHO HAS BEEN A GREAT HELP AND SUPPORT FOR ME IN THE LAST COUPLE YEARS!:

“I met Annika on the journey to becoming a coach. We both practiced and studied hard to become accredited as coaches for the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Annika´s style of coaching is gentle and professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a coach. We continued coaching and supporting each other even after we accomplished our goals. I found Annika to be reliable, compassionate and very capable.”

FEEDBACK from a mother who’s daughter experienced Coaching with Horses with me:

“Annika’s way of working with us was always honest, friendly and compassionate. On top of that, she has a lot of experience  and in therapeutic horse-riding, so that my 5year old daughter and I felt immediate trust even at the very first meeting. We talked through our history and Annika shared lots of ideas to enable our daughter to experience self-confidence, courage and patience again. From the start, our daughter went to her sessions with lots of excitement and no feeling of pressure at all. Our child had no experience with horses before and Annika showed her patiently and clearly how to work with horses so that our little one was full of excitement.

Annika often thought of new ideas so that our daughter came home and bursting with excitement over her new experiences. Annika also showed her that horses have their own mind and personality and sometimes they don’t like things we find normal, or they too might also be scared. Together they thought about how to help out the horse and solve the situation.

Annika’s warmth and lots of laughter were so good for our daughter. Every morning she would wake up and her first question was when she was going back to riding. Even after a short time, she seemed much more content and balanced. She finally had something to really look forward to. Not long after they started, it was easy for her to say goodbye to me and stay by herself with Annika and the horses. That experience meant much to me and to her. She took over responsibilities and Annika showed her how important it is to be patient and encouraged her to try again when things didn’t work out the first time. She was incredibly proud when she did manage. When she is with horses, our daughter is courageous and helpful and thanks to Annika’s encouragement, that really strengthened her self-confidence.”
