Why I am the right Coach for you!

  • I always make sure I have a sound academic foundation for what I do. But I love to throw all my education, experience, personality, gifts and intuition into the mix and be as flexible as possible when it comes to new challenges.
  • I have a background in therapy and Life-Coaching as well as being a certified Equestrian Trainer and a certified member of a world wide organization for Horse Assisted Education – working with you and with horses brings together two very different worlds that I am an expert in.
  • I have worked with people with mental and physical challenges for many years and appreciate very much the difficulties and blessings that come with that. Whether you experience those challenges yourself or as a family member, I believe you have earned yourself a safe place to talk!
  • So far, I have worked with people from the ages of 6 months up to 80 years old. I have enjoyed getting to know people who have been classified as being in a vegetative state to folks working high up in the government. And I have been with groups from women’s shelters to leadership teams from churches. Having this amazing range of clients is one of the reasons I love my work and I look forward to widening my scope with whatever you might throw at me!
  • I am totally committed to the idea of life-long learning and had to figure out how to shape my skills and dreams around very different life circumstances around the world, so if you are trying to figure out what to fill your work-life with, I’d be happy to hear your story!
  • I am a mother of 3 and have worked with kids and youth since I was 16, so when it comes to talking to parents or youth or working with kids, I feel right at home.
  • I am also the mother of an adopted child, so if you are thinking of adoption or have an adopted child as well and would like to talk to someone with similar experiences, feel free to contact me.
  • I am a Christian and understand Coaching as part of my calling. Coaching itself is not spiritual, though, and doesn’t carry any content that is not brought in by the client himself. That said, if the client is interested in bringing in contents of faith, I am happy to agree on that at the beginning of our Coaching relationship.
  • I have worked on three continents so far and have moved myself and my family around quite a bit. So if you are thinking about transitioning, if you are right in the midst of it, if you are working internationally, …I have been there!
