Hello and Welcome! What is important to you? Where do you see yourself 5 years from now? What makes you feel fulfilled? How can you transform your relationships? My name is Annika and I’m a Horse-assisted Coach, Therapist, Educator and a Creator of Lightbulb-Moments. Haven’t had any of those lately? Or would you like more of them? Then you have come to the right place. Just want to browse? Go ahead! On this website you can find out all you need to know about me and my services. Coaching is simple: You tell me what you want to work on. You decide the goals you are going for. I make sure you have a good plan and we both know what you want to explore. I ask questions to get you thinking, brainstorming, feeling, imagining. You figure it out! Because you are the expert on your life, you know best which way to go – I just make sure you stay on the path and keep going. Sounds easy? It is and it really works! Want to try it out? Get your free session now! Why I am the right Coach for you! I always make sure I have a sound academic foundation for what I do. But I love to throw all my education, experience, personality, gifts and intuition into the mix and be as flexible as possible when it comes to new challenges. I am a mother of 3 and have worked with kids and youth since I was 16, so when it comes to talking to parents or youth, I feel right at home. I am also the mother of an adopted child, so if you are thinking of adoption or have an adopted child as well and would like to talk to someone with similar experiences, feel free to contact me. I have worked with people with mental and physical challenges for many years and appreciate very much the difficulties and blessings that come with that. Whether you experience those challenges yourself or as a family member, I believe you have earned yourself a safe place to talk! I am a Christian and understand Coaching as part of my calling. Coaching itself is not spiritual, though, and doesn’t carry any content that is not brought in by the client himself. That said, if the client is interested in bringing in contents of faith, I am happy to agree on that at the beginning of our Coaching relationship. I have worked on three continents so far and have moved myself and my family around quite a bit. So if you are thinking about transitioning, if you are right in the midst of it, if you are working internationally, …I have been there! I am totally committed to the idea of life-long learning and had to figure out how to shape my skills and dreams around very different life circumstances around the world, so if you are trying to figure out what to fill your work-life with, I’d be happy to hear your story!
